Tom leads the development function at PLACE and is a Chartered Surveyor with 16 years of Real Estate experience. He joined PLACE in 2023, having previously worked at industry giants - Argent, Quintain, British Land and Cushman & Wakefield. His time at Quintain included delivering 1,000+ homes forming part of the Wembley Park Masterplan - the largest purpose-built BTR development in the UK. In his current role, he brings his extensive experience and skill to bear on the exciting pipeline of developments at PLACE.

Mark is the Investment Director at PLACE and is a Chartered Surveyor. Prior to joining PLACE, Mark spent 5 years in the Capital Markets team at JLL advising developers, operators and investors on funding solutions in the residential and alternative sectors where he arranged in excess of £500m of capital on behalf of clients. Mark graduated in 2016 with an MSc in Real Estate at Henley Business School.

Pav is an Investment Analyst at PLACE. Prior to joining the team in 2021 he worked for private family offices in investment and acquisitions in the student living and commercial sectors in the UK and Canada. Pav graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in 2021. He is responsible in underwriting all development opportunities in the PLACE pipeline.

Carrie is a Development Manager at PLACE with 10 years of experience in the private and public sectors. She works closely with planning and housing officers and has delivered challenging sites being involved from underwriting, acquisition, funding, and delivery to handover. Her professional achievements include securing forward funding for a London BTR scheme, helping design and deliver major projects including £1bn stadium for Tottenham Football Club, the Waldorf Astoria Lusail hotel-branded residences, and the DUO Spitalfields office development which achieved WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding.

Will is a Senior Development Manager at PLACE and a Chartered Surveyor. He started his career in management consulting at Accenture before joining developers Lifestory and most recently Luxgrove Capital Partners. His experience is in leading complex development projects from acquisition to completion with a focus on living sectors. Will graduated with an Msc in Real Estate from Henley Business School.
